Agreement

By using OnaNuru you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What OnaNuru Is

OnaNuru is a self-knowledge and contemplative guidance tool. It synthesises astrological, numerological, oracular and psychological frameworks to offer personalised insight.

OnaNuru is not a medical, psychological, legal or financial service. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice of any kind. Readings are for contemplative and educational purposes only and should not be used as the basis for significant life decisions without independent professional guidance.

Your Account

• ·You must be 18 or over to create an account and make purchases
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• ·You may not share your account with others or use it for commercial resale of readings
• ·You are responsible for ensuring any birth data you enter for others has been provided with their knowledge and consent

Payments and Subscriptions

• ·Deep Reading credits are non-refundable once a reading has been generated. If generation fails due to a technical error on our part, your credit will be restored.
• ·Cosmic Timing+ subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the period paid for.
• ·Prices are displayed in USD. Your card provider may apply conversion fees for non-USD accounts.
• ·All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment card details.
• ·We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Cosmic Timing+ subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again but retain access until then.

We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you have not used the paid features. To request a refund contact [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment.

Deep Reading credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account with no expiry date.

Connected People

When you add another person's birth data to your account, you confirm that you have their knowledge and consent to store this information. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction when storing information about others.

Intellectual Property

The readings, interpretations, copy and software that make up OnaNuru are our intellectual property. You may share your personal readings for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

You may not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of this service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnaNuru is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on readings, any inaccuracies in calculated systems, or any interruption to the service.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates or modifications at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of significant planned downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. In such cases, unused credits and remaining subscription time are forfeited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
